The Cure From Mosquito-Given Disease

A few moments ago I was enjoying a carbonated beverage outside in the evening when all the mosquitoes were out. Naturally, they deviate to higher concentrations of CO2 that they had no trouble finding me. They were like flies on a turd. Since the average person's exhalation consists of 4% CO2, then wouldn't increasing the atmospheric levels of CO2 to 4% result in confusing mosquitoes to where they would have trouble zeroing in on us? The result would be fewer mosquito bites and more sanity - boy my arms and legs itch.
